The carbide used in this burrs has the Rockwell Hardness consistent with necessary toughness. Machine ground tool made to very exacting tolerances of concentricity, size and shape, manufactured on specially designed machines with precision repeatability. Carbide Burrs are made with full length flute and with a series of unbroken flutes on the cutting head. This guarantees a consistent cut angle of the spiral flute. The Carbide Burrs are engineered for most efficient use, particularly on hard and tough metals.
